The refunds are given depending on the method of payment at the time of purchase: Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund will be returned to your initial payment mode in 37 working days. 🏦 Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be in form of Velance Wallet / Store Credit, which will be used in future purchases. 💳🔄 The time of the refund is based on the speed of the bank.

One has the ability to cancel orders prior to delivery. Shipment will not be refunded, people will be able to get a refund after the delivery.

Depending on the pincode, pickup is available. In case pickup is not offered, then the customers might be requested to ship themselves. The self shipping fees can be returned in terms of store credit.
